Yet so far he has remained silent on Foley, Hastert and Reynolds. Bouldin over at Daily Gotham, summarizes it all;

Silence, in this case, equals assent. Keeping the money (from Rep. Foley), in this case, equals endorsement. They say that actions speak louder than words; but in Vito's case, we're seeing none of either.
