Fossella targeted by National Wildlife Federation
The National Wildlife Federation has released their "Final 50" list today highlighting 50 members of Congress they are targeting who have yet to endorse the Safe Climate Act or the Climate Stewardship Act. Should these final 50 holdouts endorse the bill there will be enough support to overcome a likely veto by President Bush, ensuring that Congress acts in an appropriate manner and reduces global warming related pollution.
Congratulations Rep. Fossella on making the list!
via the National Wildlife Federation;
How did we choose the Final 50?
Each of these representatives have supported some solutions to global warming--but they have yet to endorse a bill that measures up to the challenge.

Rep. Fossella voted for the Renewable Electricity Standard. He also voted for the Sense of Congress resolution calling for Congress to pass legislation that mandates reductions in global warming pollution. But, he has not supported comprehensive global warming legislation.
Help the NWF sway Rep. Fossella and get him onboard.
