Foley under FBI investigation

The FBI has opened a "preliminary investigation" of disgraced former Congressman Mark Foley over the sexually explicit Internet messages he sent to congressional pages, all male high school students under the age of 18.

Fossella donated the contribution (Sept, 15, 2006) he took from Rep. Bob Ney the same day Ney resigned from Congress. Rep. Ney resigned after pleading guilty to federal charges of illegal lobbying activities.

Rep. Foley, whom Rep. Vito Fossella also took money from, resigned from Congress Friday after it was discovered he was a sexual predator. So has Vito donated the money? He doesn't appear to have rushed off any press releases saying he has thus far.
