Fossella wants aid for Greece, not Louisiana

Fires are currently raging across southern Greece causing havoc and destruction. Vito Fossella has suggested that the US offer humanitarian aid while closer to home we recognize the two year anniversary of the destruction caused by Hurricane Katrina, and Fossella's outright refusal to help Americans in own recovery.

"These fires have wreaked havoc across much of southern Greece and destroyed the homes, property, businesses and personal belongings of countless innocent people," Fossella said.

Fossella also said he will formally ask the U.S. State Department to provide humanitarian aid to the Greek government.

I sense another 'fact finding' trip in his future.
