Vito failes once again to cut off funding the Government
Departments of Commerce and Justice, and Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations for FY 2008
Vote Passed (281-142, 9 Not Voting)
The House passed this $53.6 billion bill that would fund the Department of Commerce, Department of Justice, NASA and other science agencies.
Rep. Vito Fossella voted NO
Rep. Fossella trying to cut off funds to the Department of Justice that go towards finding and convicting individuals who provide material support to terrorists but also funds that would go towards investigations of his fellow party members, such as Sen. Stevens (R-AK) who just had his house raided by the FBI yesterday. Not only if Fossella trying to prevent the Justice department from protecting our homeland his actions would allow corrupt politicians to stay in office and never be investigated. Way to go!
