Rain will lower voter turnout
With rain all day the already very low turnout that was expected is going to get a lot lower. Could make things interesting. How is turnout at your polling location?

Rep. Vito Fossella arrested May 01, 2008 for DWI. Fossella had a .17 BAC. On October 17 he was convicted. On December 8 his conviction stood and he was sentenced to serve five days in jail. After his sentencing he appealed the verdict and now is awaiting a retrial.
Retrial date: early 2009

I just voted(3:30) in Bay Ridge and I was number 12. Low turn out
In my location in Staten Island absurdly low.
Phone banking and even driving voters to the polls may very well win this election. We'll see which side is best organized.
My husband just got home from voting (8PM) and he was 61 in our E.D. (Bay Ridge)
Apparently a lot of people really just didn't care enough about this election.
So much for any of these candidates really "inspiring" people!
