The Democratic Bench, Janele Hyer-Spencer

In between covering Rep. Fossella's ski trips and lack of understanding the needs of the working class I am going to start trying to cover the state and city offices, that essentially is the Democratic bench in the 13th Congressional District.

Today we will focus on Janele Hyer-Spencer who is running for the State Assembly seat being vacated by Mirones, and is a key Democratic pick-up opportunity. She is running for the seat in the 60th Assembly district on the east shore of Staten Island and portions of Brooklyn.
