Fossella not working nor debating

As a follow up to our ongoing 'why is Vito scared to debate' series, I just wanted to point out this interesting schedule for Rep. Fossella. As the House calendar shows us, Rep. Vito Fossella has not had any work in Washington D.C. since July 31st as Congress is on break. Furthermore he doesn't have to return until after Labor Day. So it is perplexing why Fossella refuses to debate. Stephen Harrison has been asking him to debate for the past 25 days, 21 of those Fossella has been in the district campaigning. It isn't ski season on Staten Island is it?
